BP5138XJ is a high precision single-segment linear constant current LED driver integrated with 500V MOSFET and JFET HV power supply circuit. It is mainly used to drive high voltage LED chips supplied by mains. Without magnetic components, the LED driver can achieve small size, long life and EMI compliance. BP5138XJ can precisely set the current of LED through external resistor. BP5138XJ integrates thermal fold back function. The LED current will be reduced in high IC temperature condition.
